The Priest and the Young Man

A young man comes to the priest and says:

"Father, I won't go to church anymore!"

The priest answered:

"But why?"

The young man replied:

"I see the sister who speaks well of another sister; the brother who doesn't read well; the singing group who lives improperly; the people who during the Mass look at their cell phones among many, many other bad things I see happening in church."

The priest said to him:

"Okay, but first I want you to do me a favor. Take a glass full of water and go three laps around the church without spilling a single drop of water on the floor. After that, you can leave the church."

And the young man said, Too easy!

And he did the three laps just as the priest asked. When he finished, he said:

"Done,Father!"

The priest asked:

"When you were walking around, did you see the sister talking bad about the other?''

The young man replied:
"No."

The priest asked:
"Did you see people complain to each other?

The Young Man:
"No."

The priest asked:
"Did you see the people using their cell phones?"

The Young Man:
"No."

"You know why?" said the priest.

"Because you were focused on the glass, making sure you didn't spill any water"

"It's the same in life. When you keep your eyes on Jesus, you won't have time to see the mistakes of others."
