Today, we experienced Sound Healing by the waterfalls—where the sound of flowing water, the vibration of healing instruments, at ang katahimikan ng kalikasan ay nagsama-sama para ipaalala sa amin kung ano talaga ang purpose ng Balay.

I realized that Balay is no longer just a place to relax or have a vacation. It is slowly becoming a sanctuary where people can pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and begin their healing journey.
