1๏ธโฃ Banquet Staff
โ
College graduate (hospitality management or related field preferred)
โ
At least 2 years of experience in banquet service or hotel operations
โ
Attentive to detail, ensuring seamless event ex*****on and guest satisfaction
โ
Excellent at managing multiple tasks and coordinating banquet setups
โ
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
โ
Knowledge of food service standards and event coordination
1๏ธโฃ HR Officer & Operations Supervisor
โ
Preferably a graduate of a four-year degree in Human Resource Management
โ
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
โ
Maintain employee records and the HR database
โ
Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping
โ
Implement company policies and procedures
โ
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
โ
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
โ
Monitor hotel operations
1๏ธโฃ Inventory Clerk / Purchasing & Liaison
โ
College graduate (business-related course is an advantage)
โ
Maintain accurate, organized, and properly labeled inventory.
โ
Prepare inventory reports and documentation for management review.
โ
Familiarity with inventory systems and strong organizational skills.
โ
Source, order, and manage delivery of goods and services.
โ
Act as liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and external partners.
โ
Track purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and resolve delivery issues.
