February moved with the same momentum we built in January filled with education lead activities, community engagement, and meaningful visits here at Cortijo.
This month, we welcomed multiple schools for their work immersion, hosted special programs, and even had the pleasure of a visit from PBA player RR Garcia.

We also conducted assessment classes during the month and continued to welcome diners and guests who enjoyed the restaurant and farm atmosphere.

A big thank you to Huyon-Uyon National High School, the College of University of Santo Tomas (through AIESEC and LocalRoots Natural Fresh Farms), and all the students who spent their time learning real farm work and community practices here with us.

Yet again, education proves to be the strongest foundation at Cortijo, bringing people together through shared learning, culture, and community.

Today, Cortijo proudly hosted the Eat for a Change activity in partnership with LocalRoots Natural Fresh Farms, AIESEC, the University of Santo Tomas, and the Kababaihan of Ibabang Palsabangon (SLOM).

With Indonesian volunteer Ms. Revia Valentina joining the session, the program became more than a feeding initiative, it was a cultural exchange of food, stories, and connections.

Ingredients sourced directly from the Cortijo farm highlighted the value of sustainability and locally supported food, reinforcing that education extends beyond classrooms into kitchens, farms, and communities.

At Cortijo, every initiative is a lesson in unity, care, and empowerment.

Cortijo De Palsabangon Farm Resort opened 2026 with a strong January.
We hosted multiple school trainings, welcomed new students for immersion , served diners at the restaurant, participated in agri-related initiatives, and received recognition from partners and agencies.

Every month brings new opportunities to grow as a team, as a learning site, and as a community space.
