🚨 SCAM ALERT / FAKE PAGE NOTICE 🚨
Dear guests and valued customers,
Please be aware that there is a fake page copying our official business name, logo, and content.
To protect yourself from potential scams, here are some clues that can help you identify a suspicious account:
FAKE ACCOUNT — WATCH OUT FOR THESE RED FLAGS
1. ALL POSTS WERE UPLOADED ON THE SAME DATE
If you check the account and notice that almost all of its resort-related posts were uploaded on the exact same date, be cautious.
Scammers may create a new account and upload copied photos and information all at once to make the account appear legitimate.
2. THEY PROVIDE “BUSINESS DOCUMENTS” THAT LOOK AI-GENERATED OR ALTERED
If you ask for a Mayor's Permit, Business Permit, BIR registration, or other business documents, scammers may send you a document that looks official at first glance.
⚠️ Do not rely on a screenshot or document sent through Messenger alone.
Check the details carefully. If the information looks inconsistent, suspicious, poorly edited, or AI-generated, STOP before making any payment.
3. THEY GIVE YOU MULTIPLE PAYMENT ACCOUNTS
This is one of the biggest things to watch out for.
