Each season brings its own quiet gifts, and right now, the mulberry trees are heavy with fruit—ripened by the sun, the salty air, fresh spring water and ready to be picked by hand. It’s a simple pleasure that reminds us where good food begins: close to the earth, shared with the people around us, and enjoyed at its freshest.

Wander through the farm, fill your basket, and savor them straight from the tree.

For ₱150 per person, you can pick and eat all you can during your visit. ₱200 per kilo should you wish to bring some home with you. We only ask that you take what you’ll enjoy and leave enough for others—and for the birds who call this place home.

Ito ang Laing-style na ginataang talbos ng Mulberry (𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘣𝘢) na inihain sa amin sa Pannzian Beach and Mountain Resort sa Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.

Sa totoo lang, nagulat ako sa lasa. Masarap talaga, at para sa akin, mas nagustuhan ko pa ito kaysa sa tradisyonal na laing.

Ayon sa naghanda ng ulam, hinihiwa muna nang pino ang mga talbos at pinipiga upang mabawasan ang kapaitan bago ito lutuin sa gata.
