This is a private gated home. You are welcome to use our kitchen to boil water and grill. There is an internet signal (globe & smart) in the area but we do not have WIFI. The place is a rest house so if you need anything, there is a caretaker who stays in the house. Guests are required to share the facility with the other guests who are renting a room. Parking: There is parking for up to 5 vehicle
s in the back lot. Food: You can try other resorts for dining. There are also some local eateries near the house. We recommend the Coco Bar and Grill of Villa Manuela—our sister rest house. The neighborhood: Our house is a few meters away from the beach so you can have your coffee while enjoying a beautiful view of Saud beach infront of our porch. There is a row of hotels and restaurants in our street. Getting around: There are tricycles in the area, and the market where you can buy food and groceries is a ten-minute drive by car.
