Qualifications:

• Oversee hotel and café day-to-day operations
• Lead and support department supervisors
• Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Coordinate maintenance and operational improvements
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports

Qualifications:
• Experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality operations (minimum 3 years)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and team management
• Willing to work across multiple properties
