Your ISP Portal Guide is Here! 🌐

Managing your internet account is now easier with the FREQ IT Solutions ISP Portal.

For your next payment, you can make your payment directly through the portal. Simply log in, go to your Subscriptions, view your plan details, select the Payments tab, and choose Make Payment. Select the month you want to pay, upload your proof of payment, choose your payment app (such as GCash), enter your reference number, and submit your payment.

Have a concern, service request, or need assistance? You can also use the ISP Portal to submit your concern or open a support ticket. This allows you to send your request directly through the portal for easier tracking and assistance.
