Beyond community service, Rotary is also about building friendships, strengthening relationships, and creating wonderful memories together!

On October 12, 2026, the Rotary Club of Central Panabo City held its Rotarian Couples Pickleball Tournament at Rallyyards Pickleball Court, Panabo City, bringing together Rotarians and their wives for a fun-filled gathering of friendly competition, laughter, teamwork, and camaraderie.

More than just a game, the tournament was a wonderful opportunity for Rotary couples to bond, enjoy friendly competition, and celebrate the spirit of fellowship both on and off the court.

With every rally came laughter, encouragement, and unforgettable moments that made the gathering even more special.

The Rotary Club of Central Panabo City, through its Project Brigada initiative, successfully replaced the door of the Alternative Learning System (ALS) facility, located below the Rotary Function Hall in Panabo City.

This simple yet meaningful improvement aims to provide a safer, more secure, and more comfortable learning space for ALS learners and educators.

Through initiatives like Project Brigada, we continue to demonstrate that even small acts of service can make a lasting difference in our community.

The Rotary Club of Central Panabo City successfully held its 3rd Regular Meeting on October 8, 2026, at American Backyard, Panabo City, highlighted by the visit of Assistant Governor Engr. Jun Coquilla.

The gathering was filled with meaningful discussions, fellowship, and a shared commitment to service. AG Engr. Jun Coquilla joined the members in discussing the club's upcoming activities for October and the remaining months of the Rotary year, emphasizing the importance of active participation, collaboration, and community engagement.

A key highlight of the discussion was the upcoming Pink Month celebration, reinforcing the club's commitment to breast cancer awareness, early detection, and community support.

On September 26, 2026, the Rotary Club of Central Panabo City proudly joined the Tree Growing Activity at Barangay Waterfall, Panabo City, Davao del Norte, together with the dedicated scholars of 8 Dragons Heart Foundation Inc.

This meaningful activity brought together Rotarians, young volunteers, and community members in planting trees and taking action for a healthier and greener environment. ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒณ

As part of a Rotary District 3860 project, the activity reflects our shared commitment to environmental stewardship, youth engagement, and service to the community.

The Rotary Club of Central Panabo City came together for a meaningful and joyful Socials Night at the Buntag Residence in celebration of the Feast of the Sto. Niรฑo on September 20, 2026. ๐Ÿ™โœจ

Beyond our service projects and community initiatives, moments like these remind us of the importance of fellowship, friendship, and togetherness. It was an evening filled with laughter, stories, good food, and memorable moments shared among fellow Rotarians, families, and friends.

The board discussed important club matters, including the settlement of monthly dues and the payment of Rotaryโ€™s mandatory fees, to help ensure that the club remains updated and in good standing with its obligations.

Beyond the formal agenda, the evening also gave everyone time to reconnect, share updates about life, and enjoy simple moments of fellowship with one another.

Buenavista, Panabo City, Davao del Norteโ€”one of the clubโ€™s meaningful and continuing community projects.

The club was warmly welcomed by the school board, followed by a meaningful discussion on the progress of the project, the needs of the school, and the opportunities to further improve the learning environment for the children.

As part of its continuing commitment, the Rotary Club of Central Panabo City is also exploring the possibility of applying for a ๐‘๐จ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ญ to further support the development of Solaiman Madrasah and help create a more sustainable and ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ญ for the learners and the community.

๐Ÿฉธ LOOK || Giving Blood, Saving Lives!

The Rotary Club of Central Panabo City proudly supported a Blood Letting Activity held on August 27, 2026, at the Brgy. New Visayas Gym, in partnership with the Barangay New Visayas Council, headed by Punong Barangay Mark Penas and represented by Kagawad Darwin Lasquite, together with the Panabo City Health Office.

The activity brought together community leaders, health workers, volunteers, and generous blood donors with one shared purpose โ€” to help save lives through the gift of blood.

As part of the clubโ€™s support, the Rotary Club of Central Panabo City provided snacks for approximately 140 members of the blood collection team and other volunteers, as well as rice for the individuals who generously donated blood.

Through the collective efforts of everyone involved, the activity successfully collected a total of 110 bags of blood, which can help provide much-needed support to patients and families in times of medical need.

This meaningful initiative reflects the power of collaboration and community service. Every blood donor, volunteer, health worker, and partner played an important role in making the activity a success.

The Rotary Club of Central Panabo City remains committed to supporting programs that promote health, strengthen communities, and create lasting impact.

The Rotary Club of Central Panabo City was happy to join fellow Rotarians and friends during the Area 2D Pickleball Fellowship held on August 20, 2026, at Casa Rubinos.

Rotarians and spouses from the Rotary Club of Tagum, Rotary Club of Tagum Golden L.A.C.E.S., Rotary Club of Tagum North, and Rotary Club of Central Panabo City came together for an evening filled with friendly matches, laughter, and meaningful fellowship.

Beyond every serve and rally was something even more valuable โ€” the opportunity to strengthen friendships, build connections, and enjoy the spirit of Rotary beyond our regular meetings and service activities.

Our sincere appreciation goes to PP Alex Rubinos and Charleen Rubinos for warmly welcoming everyone to Casa Rubinos and sharing their beautiful covered pickleball court. We also thank everyone who helped organize the games and made the fellowship enjoyable for all.
