Sorry that you were inconvenienced. But to all who may read this post, please know that the statement is inaccurate.

GAD'S villa did accomodate you. It just so happened that there were problems due to electrical malfunctions caused by the storm. You stayed for 10am - 5pm. We refunded the whole amount to relay our apologies for the malfunction, meaning your entire stay was free of charge.

We have observed that you still enjoyed the place during the stay (used the pool, the basketball court and even conducted your teambuilding activities). These were ALL FREE of charge and even when the electricity was out you were provided with two generators.

We know that you have been inconvenienced as you were not able to maximize your stay, but please do not post inaccurate statements as we have provided you with our best services even with a situation which is completely out of our hands (again, free of any charges).

We only adviced you to cut your stay short because the electricity malfunction really cannot be solved due to the ongoing storm.
