SAMADHI DIRECT BOOKING TERMS 2023:

·For all DIRECT reservations, we require minimum 50% downpayment. Rescheduling will only be offered once. Samadhi Team

Samadhi Resort & Hydrospa, is the only resort on the island of Panglao that offers a real Spa.With an oriental and relaxing design, Samadhi offers us 8 comfortable rooms that combine traditional Filipino construction with contemporary architecture. This should be settled within 48 hours after the reservation was confirmed. The other 50% must be made during the check-in time in cash or through Gcas

·DIRECT reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and are NOT ALLOWED FOR CANCELLATION, but we agree to reschedule them if the client notifies at least 10 days before their reservation. For reservations of 3 or more rooms, it will be necessary to notify a minimum of 15 days in advance to be able to make the rescheduled.

·Exclusive Rental reservations do not allow reschedule and if cancelled, no refunds will be given resulting to lose for the downpayment. CANCELLED / DIVERTED FLIGHTS: The hotel is not responsible for diverted or cancelled third party transportation to the hotel. FORCE MAJEURE: The hotel shall not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, global or local medical alerts and/or federal or civil disturbances, diverted or cancelled third party transportation to the resort as well as national events. HOSPITALIZATION AND ILLNESS: The hotel will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation due to illness, hospitalization of the guest or immediate family member. We strongly recommend all our guests purchase traveland medical insurance.

·In case of rescheduling, this can be requested within the next 90 days from the initial reservation date depending on availability and guests must respect at least the initial number of nights and rooms reserved. In case of rescheduling of dates, room prices will be adjusted according to seasonal rates and new reservations. For any other question please contact us.
