Hello everybody! There is a rumor circulating of our poisoning dogs with attaching videos of a beach where the poor strays are writhing in pain. We definitely have nothing to do with this. These beach shown in the video don t belong to us or even located near us. They are public areas with little businesses there renting out cottages which are a five-minute walk away from us but unfortunately the whole vicinity is called by locals as la pernela too as a directional landmark. So this is where the mistake stems from. Also, we at la pernela resort are staunch advocates for stray animal care and have been fostering strays all these years and to this day have found forever homes to 30 stray puppies that we could say that suspecting us is one big irony.
Anyway, moving forward from this mistake, we urge you, animal lovers to make a complaint to the officials of brgys of San Isidro and Biking where always puppies are thrown so often and dogs now are being poisoned without an ounce of guilt in order for them to investigate this fully. We thank you too to make the correction in your post, share it and make report to the brgys concerned to put a stop to these cruelties. It is so sad to think of these poor strays having to suffer to death just because they want to put something inside their empty, growling stomachs. These perpetrators, animal dumpers and poisonners should be punished!
