🌴 Urgent Hiring: Housekeeping Staff – Bohol Coco Farm Hostel 🥥🌴

We’re looking for 2 female housekeeping staff to join our friendly team at Bohol Coco Farm Hostel, a small, family-run business serving backpackers and travelers staying in dorms and private rooms.

🏆 This year, we proudly won 3rd Best Hostel in the Philippines at the Hoscar Awards, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us even more! 🌱

Qualifications:
✅ Female, 28 years old and above
✅ Willing to follow cleanliness and service standards
✅ Wage follows the Panglao standard rate
✅ Experience is a plus, but we value honest and trainable individuals above all.
📍 We welcome applications from Panglao residents and those living outside Bohol.

Responsibilities:
🧺 Clean dorms and private rooms, doing laundry for linens
🧽 Maintain property cleanliness following company standards
💰 Small sign-in bonus upon entry

Join our hostel team as a Customer Success Supervisor — work with international guests from around the world on Panglao Island! The main role is to lead our reception team and social host volunteers.

•⁠ ⁠Filipino citizen (preferred for cultural alignment with local hospitality)
•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong English communicator (spoken and written)
•⁠ ⁠⁠Previous experience in staying in multiple hostels and customer-facing service roles
•⁠ ⁠⁠Comfortable supervising a small team and managing shift schedules
