Last night I told myself I’d sleep early.
10PM pa lang.
Lights off.
Phone down.
Responsible adult era na daw.
Pero alam mo yung nangyari?
Nag-scroll pa rin ako.
“Just one more video.”
“Just one more post.”
Next thing I know… 1:47 AM na.
Tapos alarm ko 6AM.
Classic.
And the crazy part?
Hindi naman talaga kulang sa tulog minsan.
Kulanng lang sa pahinga.
Yung pahinga na walang iniisip na deadline.
Walang email.
Walang group chat na may “urgent daw”.
Walang notif na biglang sisira ng mood mo.
Yung pahinga na kahit sandali lang…
Parang reset button sa utak.
Most people think vacations are a luxury.
Parang reward lang siya pag “sobrang pagod na”.
Pero yung totoo?
Minsan kailangan mo talaga.
Because stress doesn’t always scream.
Madalas tahimik lang siya.
