Dear Guests,
Thank you for choosing to stay at D Residence Transient House & Events Place ! We want to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. Please take note of implementation of new house rules and fees below:

✅️ Php 300 every succeeding hour for studio/family room
✅️Php 1,000 every succeeding hour for 3&4 bedroom villa
✅️ Time extension is subject to villas schedule availability
1. Smoking indoors is prohibited. If our staff detects any odor of cigarette smoke in the rooms, a 50% additional fee based on the daily rate will be applied to cover thorough cleaning.
Additionally, any smoking burns found on the dining table will result to additional charges.
2. We kindly request that guests refrain from cooking native delicacies such as dried & salted fish (tuyo, danggit, pusit, tinapa) inside the villa kitchen as the strong odors may require extensive cleaning. An extra day fee will be charged if traces of these smells are detected prior to checking out.
We have an outdoor kitchen that can be used for cooking mentioned food.
3. We prioritize the safety of every guests, therefore, we DO NOT accept bookings/walk ins of MINOR guests. We only accept minor guests when accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
4. Fireworks of any form are not allowed within the Villa perimeter.
There is a large area at the frontyard that can be used for firework display , however this would require prior notice for approval with our local baranggay officers so kindly inform the admin/caretaker/owner if this is on your plan during the stay.
5. Parties and events requires approval. Please refrain from using adhesives of any form on any walls indoors. A charge of php350 per adhesive found on walls after your event will be applied.
We have designated areas to hang decorations & balloons.
6. Please inform us if bringing pets. Furbabies are not allowed in the swimming pool.
7. Please use equipments/remote controllers & supplies provided with care. Any damages or losses will be charged based on srp amount.
8. Please follow check in and check out time.
9. Please secure your belongings and valuables. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damages.
10. Kindly note that the use of Samgy Stoves indoor is strictly prohobited due to a prior incident that resulted in the breakage of the glass.
11. Please ensure that the number of guests reserved is observed upon check in. We charge 300 per extra person beyond the number of agreed overnight guests.
12. Food is not allowed inside the rooms due to the notorious ants and other insects. Any food stains on our linens and beds in any form will result in a charge of php 500 per stained linen.
13. Our swimming pool is 3-5 feet deep, and there is no lifeguard on duty during your stay. Please ensure that children are well supervised when swimming. The management of D Residence will not be liable for any accidents or drowning due to poor attention.
14. NO PARTY DRUGS
15. Loud speakers are stricly allowed until 10 PM only, otherwise you must secure your own permit from our local baranggay officers and present to the villa management for verification.
Guests who would refuse to obey the loud speaker house rule will be asked to leave the villa immediately.
16. We had provided a 3hp floor standing AC to bring comfort and convinience during your stay. However, we kindly ask that when not in use to kindly turn off the AC units and close all the doors if in use.
We are implementing a php 2,000 charge after 3rd warning.
