🚨 BEWARE OF SCAMMERS ‼️‼️
🚩 RED FLAGS TO WATCH OUT FOR:
1. Saying SMDC / Azure units are “pet-friendly” (Most buildings under SM Development Corporation/ Azure Urban Resorts Residences have strict pet policies — always verify directly with the admin).
2. Offering FREE amenities or parking without proper documentation.
3. Prices ₱2,000–₱3,500 lower than normal rates, especially on weekends & holidays.
4. No real reviews. Always check the actual review section at the top of the page. Don’t rely on screenshots only — those can be edited.
5. Sending their government ID when asked. (Legit owners/agents usually don’t share IDs randomly for security reasons.)
6. Asking for full payment immediately to “reserve” the slot.
7. Saying YES to everything just to close the deal.
8. Refusing video calls or unit viewing (even quick live video proof).
9. Using newly created accounts with very few friends/followers.
10. Promising FREE breakfast, whirlpool bath, or bathtub when the unit clearly doesn’t have those features.
11. Asking payment through personal e-wallet accounts with different names from the host.
12. Avoiding written contracts or refusing to send a proper booking confirmation.
13. Rushing you with lines like: “Last slot na po, send payment now.”
14. No clear unit details (no tower name, no unit number, no check-in process explanation).
