*NO parties or loud noise after 10pm, this is a residential neighborhood

*NO excessive guests other than stated in the reservation
*NO smoking inside or around our unit
These are the main 4 rules and violation of any of these rules will result in cancellation of your reservation and any applicable charges such as Smoke Alarm reset, etc. Other Guidelines as follows:
- Any damage or lost items will be paid by the signed guest.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will not be held liable/responsible for any lost guest items.
- Penalty of PHP 1000.00 for stained fabrics.
- For damaged furniture, guest must settle with the host based on the cost of repairs or amount of damaged items or replacement needed.
- Kindly ensure that upon check out that the unit is in the same excellent condition upon check-in.
- Please do not keep any garbage inside the unit.
There is a designated garbage room near the elevator where it can be disposed.
- Ensure to turn off the lights/electrical items, Netflix, when not in use. Kindly conserve water for the sustainability of mother earth.
