The greatest lesson I’ve learned
is contentment and being thankful.
about being happy and enjoying a longer life
“Kahit na hindi na maganda ang nangyayari sa buhay mo?”
“Kahit laging kapos at hirap sa trabaho?”
“Kahit wala nang makain ngayong araw?”
It might not be convenient and convincing to everyone,but the answer is YES! (Gulat ka ‘no?)
On a practical thinking, yung mga ganyang sitwasyon
dapat ay sinusolusyonan na agad.
Pinag-iisipan nang masinsinan.
Pero sabi nga nila, the more we think about it, the more we will be stressed.Not that I’m saying na ‘wag tayo mag-isip ng solusyon,
pero yung pag-iisip na getting into our nerves.
This could cause anxiety and depression.
CHANGE OUR MINDSET
As what people say, everything starts in the mind.
Kung ang laman ng isipan natin all the time
ay paninira, inggit, selos, galit, at kung ano pang negative,
it will manifest with our character and actions.
“The mouth speaks out of the abundance of the heart.”
Bago pa tayo makasakit ng tao o ng sarili natin mismo
sa kung ano yung lumalabas sa ating bibig,
let’s rethink more than twice or thrice.
Will our words speak life? Makaka-encourage din ba ito
ng pamilya natin kahit hirap na hirap na sa buhay?
BE WITH PEOPLE WHO THINKS RIGHT
One of the many factors that can change our mindset
is the people whom we get along with the most.
Yung madalas ba nating nakakasama ay nag-ta-trash talk?
Madalas nag-ra-rant?
Lagi na lang negative vibes ang naita-transfer sa atin?
Akala natin minsan wala lang yung ganito, pero try n’yo araw-arawin.
One day magugulat na lang tayo na ganito na rin tayo.
Sabi nga nila, birds of the same feather flock together.
Ito yung explanation ng kasabihan na ‘yan.
Malaki ang epekto ng mga kaibigan na nakapalibot sa atin.
It can make us or break us either way.
Kaya ano ang magandang gawin?
Choose the people who can help build us up rather than pull us down.
In this way, we can also encourage others and help them.
Kung tayo mismo ay hindi maayos,
paano natin maibibigay sa iba ang magandang outlook in life?
ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE
And this is what we must always keep in mind.
Yung nagagawa pa rin nating tumawa kahit ang sakit-sakit na.
Nagagawa pang magpasalamat
kahit walang nakikitang rason para magpasalamat.
Kuntento na kahit hindi naman gano’n kayaman.
O kahit we can’t have it all.
We can be positive because of our mindset
and outlook in life. Tandaan, it starts in our minds.
Kung gusto nating maging mahaba ang buhay at masaya,
let’s change the way we think and act.
