It has recently come to our attention that a former guest has fraudulently used our property in a scam operation. This individual is misleading people into investing in multiple condominium units at
Azure, including our unit, by falsely claiming they are for sale or part of an investment opportunity. These offers are completely unauthorized and are part of an ongoing scam defrauding unsuspecting investors.

Please be advised:
✅ We are not selling our unit nor seeking any investors at this time.
✅ We do not authorize any third party to offer our property for investment, sale, or resale.
✅ Any legitimate communication about Q&M Properties will always come directly from us.
