Aparri, Cagayan’s heat index on Sunday is expected to reach 47 degrees Celsius based on the forecast of DOST-PAGASA.

Meanwhile, 39 other areas breached the danger levels of the heat index, with Dagupan City in Pangasinan sizzling at 46 degrees Celsius.
