The unit is in the Maui Tower, rising as the seven tower on the southern part of the development.
The WIFI enabled spacious unit with balcony overlooking manilaocean view has an ample living room with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and a cozy sofa in the living area, LCD TV, your own private bathroom, and a functional kitchen. Parking may be availed through Azure Building Management at 300 Philippine Pesos per day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
1. Payment Method: Security Deposit via Bank Transfer/Deposit = Php 3,000 (Refundable upon check-out). Balance to be paid in cash upon check-in.
2. Accommodates: Unit can accommodate 2 comfortably. The number of guests must not exceed the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
3. Minimum Number of Stay: 1 Day
4. Communication: This website will provide you our email and contact numbers once you have booked and paid the unit online.
5. Security Deposit: The fee will be returned to you once you move out of the condominium and return the key given there are in damage/missing items in the unit. The security deposit won't be charged when you make a reservation. It will only be charged if we make a successful claim like damages within 48 hours of the checkout date.
6. Internet Access: Broadband Connection
7. Security: Two 24-hour security guard in the lobby and another one manning the hallways. There are CCTV cameras in the hallways and lifts.
8. Airport Pickup: We can arrange if needed.
9. Utility Bills: LISTED prices are INCLUSIVE of all fees so there are no surprises. Price already includes:
- Association dues
- Internet and Wifi
- Electricity bill
- Water bill
- Cleaning Service will be done once before you check-in and is included in your booking payment.
10. An additional 300.00/hr for late check in/check out (subject to availability). Standard check in and check out times are at 2PM and 12NN, respectively.

THE AZURE CHILDREN'S BEACH PLAYGROUND
The beach playground features an engaging water play area with fun kiddie slides and large buckets that fill and empty themselves every few minutes, as well as valves designed for releasing spurts of water.

Other Important Information:
Wave Pool and Kids Pool - Complimentary pool access for up to 2 persons except for the Php20 disposable wristband at the concierge.
In excess of 2 guest, the club will be charging an extra Php 200 for kids and Php500 for adults.
Reminder:
Wave Pool is closed for maintenance every Mondays
Lap pool is exclusive for guests and long term tenants only.
Wave pool and kids pool are open from 7am to 7pm (Tuesdays to Sundays), so please plan your swim accordingly to avoid disappointment.

Check in: On the day of your check in, my cousin Ledelyn will be meeting you at the Lobby and will have your name registered.
Check out: My cousin Ledelyn will personally collect the keys at 12 noon - grace period of 15 minutes only. This will give us ample time to clean the unit for the next guests. if you intend to check out earlier than 12 noon, kindly notify us at least an hour before your check out.
Standard check in is 2pm and check out is at 12 noon. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability.
Photocopy of your passports or any valid IDs are required prior to check in so have one ready.
All guest are prohibited from consuming, possessing, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while inside the unit.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT INCLUDING THE BALCONY.
Kindly take note that the unit uses K-Load and we have allotted a budgeted amount for your stay. If you exceed electricity usage, please top up.
