🌈GUIDELINES/HOUSE RULES:
👉TO RESERVE we require P1500 / unit to avoid cancellations,(addtl dp for 2 nights or more) NON-REFUNDABLE! No payment No Reservation Policy.
👉Rebooking and Change name allowed 2weeks before the check in date with P500 fee to rebook, P200 to change name (emergency cases only for rebooking)( change name not less than 1 week only) and subject to same unit availability. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS or Same day notice is subject to cancellation, non-refundable.
👉NO UNREGISTERED GUEST/ VISITOR IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT.
👉REVISION ONLY ONCE WITH P200 FEE (1 WEEK BEFORE ONLY)
👉CHECK IN: 2pm / CHECK OUT: 12nn; (P500/hr extension fee subject to availability)
👉BRING ID OF ALL GUESTS.
👉P1,000.00 required Security Deposit upon check in, refundable upon check out if no damage done in the unit and unit is clean.
👉P380.00 Overnight parking fee c/o Tower Basement Parking Guards if needed of parking slot.
👉ACCESS TO WAVEPOOL AND MAN MADE BEACH ON YOUR CHECK IN DATE, 2PM-7PM (250 each) NEXT DAY FROM 7AM till before check out (250 EACH) TO BE PAID AT POOL CONCIERGE)
👉Bring your own towels & toiletries
👉Please treat the unit as it is your own. Kindly turn off the lights, aircondition unit and etc when going out of the unit. Charges apply for lost or damaged property inside the unit.
👉No unregistered guest/visitors allowed in the unit.
👉No food or breakfast included in package. You can bring and deliver food at the Unit with no Corkage Fee(claim at the lobby)
👉Pool Hours: 7am-12NN and 2pm-7pm
👉Please observe proper swimming attire. Amenities like lap pool, game room and gym are not available for short-term guests.
👉Claim all Visitors Card after swimming. Lost of cards, P500/card will be charge.
👉IN CASE, ROOM KEY IS LOST OR LEFT INSIDE THE UNIT, YOU are responsible for locksmith..(P500 charge)
👉Heavy cooking is not allowed. NO grilling.
👉No parties inside the unit. You can use Azure function hall (with rental charge), Beach Bar
👉Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit. There are designated area for smoking. penalty P5,000.00.
👉No hanging or drying of clothes at the balcony fence, penalty P5,000.00.
👉Clean as you go.(CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF THE UNIT IS NOT CLEAN: 2BR 300) Wash the dishes you used. (UNWASHED DISHES : P300) Bring your own dishwashing liquid and sponge. Do not throw anything from the balcony. Do not leave anything in the hallways. Please dispose excess garbage in the garbage room located at the end of the hall way on the left side with EXIT sign
👉Pets are not allowed
👉Security Deposit will be forfeited and penalties will be impose for those who are not following guidelines.
