🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 2:00 PM (Strictly implemented)
Check-Out: 12:00 NN (Following day)
Stay Duration: A full 22-hour relaxing getaway!
💳 Booking & Payment Terms
Down Payment: ₱1,000 (Required to secure your slot. This is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.)
Balance: Remaining balance must be settled in full upon arrival.
Security Deposit: Your ₱1,000 down payment will serve as the Security Deposit once you check in.
Refund Policy: Refundable upon check-out. Please allow 2–4 hours for processing on the same day, following a room inspection by our staff.

Car: ₱380
Motorbike: ₱280
🌊 Pool Access (Payable at the Pool Area)
Relax in our pristine waters for ₱250 per person, per shift.
Morning Bliss: 7:00 AM – 12:00 NN
Afternoon Dip: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
⚠️ Note: The main pool is closed every Tuesday for maintenance, except on holidays.
✨ Exclusive Room Inclusions
Comfort: Queen-sized bed, cozy sofa, and an extra mattress.
Entertainment: Smart TV with Netflix, High-speed WiFi, Mini-Karaoke, Board Games,PS4
Kitchenette: Induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, rice cooker, and basic cookware.
Essentials: Air-conditioned room + stand fan, free toiletries, and 2 fresh bath towels (for in-room use only).
📋 Mandatory Guest Requirements
Please provide the following immediately after paying the down payment:
Primary Contact Number
Valid Government IDs: Clear photos for all guests.
❌ Strictly NOT allowed: Barangay ID, Company ID, or Citizen Address ID.
Complete Guest List: Names and ages of all participants.
⚠️ House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
🚫 Guest Policy: Only registered guests on the list are allowed. No extra visitors.
🍳 Cooking Policy: Light cooking only. To maintain a fresh environment, cooking pork, beef, or strong-smelling food (e.g., dried fish/tuyo) is strictly prohibited.
🔌 Appliances: Bringing extra appliances (electric grillers, big coolers, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
🐾 Pets: We maintain a pet-free environment; animals are not allowed.
🧺 Towels: Please do not take home the provided towels.
🧹 Clean As You Go (CLAYGO): Please maintain the cleanliness of the unit during your stay.
