You can bring and deliver food and drinks at the Unit with no Corkage Fee.

Use only the main door when leaving the unit as the rear door can only be accessed from the inside.

Pool Hours: 7am to 7pm only.

Please wear proper swimming attire.

Heavy cooking is not allowed.

Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit. Smoking is allowed at GARDEN AREA only, applicable penalties will apply.

No hanging or drying of clothes at the balcony fence, applicable admin penalties will apply. There is a proper clothesline that you can use.

WE ENCOURAGE GUESTS TO CLEAN AS THEY GO. Do not leave anything in the hallways. Please dispose excess garbage in the garbage room beside the elevators.
