Rooms with 5 Rates P400 to P1000 - No Two Rooms the Same 24 Hour Check-in and Airport Service, From 6AM to 12 Midnight
Manila has 4 Airport terminals:
Option 1 ) TAXIS from: NAIA 1( mostly Foreign International Airlines / Taxi Meter Fare P90 to P110), NAIA 2( mostly Philippine Airlines Taxi Fare 90 to P110), NAIA 3 (mostly Cebu Pacific Airlines & Discount airlines booked on-line / Taxi Fare P120 ) andNAIA 4 ( mostly AirAsia & Tiger Airlines) / Taxi Meter fare only P75 to P85) The Towhouse airport service when we hire a new driver is P180 / 1,2 or 3 persons, P250 /4, 5 or 6 persons from 6AM to 12 PM Midnight. Add P50 for our driver waking up between 12:01AM Midnight and 5:59AM. Please Take Note: do not expect Manila taxi drivers to know where you are going as maybe 50% are from the provinces and the other 50% are from 1 of Metro-Manila's 16 cities so have little or no idea about the landmarks in the other 15 cities. Try to avoid taking parked taxis as they tend to waiting for a victim to over charge so take taxis in motion who tend to be more honest and too busy working honoring the taxi meter fare. Take my wife's advice: If taxi driver attempts to over charge you, upon arrival walk through our Townhouse hotel / Hostel Manila front entrance gate, lock it then hand the right payment listed above so the taxi can get angry instead of you and instruct him to go file a barangay complaint or to the police; what do you think the consequences will be when he complains saying I tried to over charge them for P500 and they refused to pay? Option 2 ) walk outside NAIA 1 terminal to the right down the ramp to the small Roofed "Bus" Stop or from NAIA 2 walk to the left and ask guards where to take the Jeepney "MIA Terminal 1-2" sign on windshield or signage on side of the jeepney body "Baclaran NAIA Domestic MIA" which also passes by NAIA 4 in front of termninal exit on "Domestic Road" ( no signage ). the jeepney will turn left on Airport Road's round-a-bout go straight to first stoplight at Quirino Ave, turn left , go straight, pass a Petron Gas Station on the right ( get out on 2nd street to the right, Bayview Drive but no signage )and the former Pearl Plaza Mini-Mall large building to the left, then knock on jeepney ceiling say "Para" meaning "stop, I want out" at JB Store on corner with big CAMEL Sign, walk straight 2 blocks ( 300+ meters withOUT paying attention to the locals . FROM NAIA 3, walk out the Exit Door to the left straight ahead maybe 6 minutes and look for a Jeepney that Says Baclaran MRT LRT at left side of round-a-bout and get out at Stoplights Roxas Blvd & Airport Road, walk 1 km up Roxas Blvd to your left to Villa Carolina Townhouse #31, It took me 36 minutes with a light daypack and I paid P7
