The UNITS are all furnished and air-conditioned. It is complete with basic linens, towels, and basic kitchen wares. The unit has aircon, wifi, television, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric burner, refrigerator/freezer, telephone available for local calls only, hot and cold shower, and elevator/lift access. Strictly NO SMOKING. no pets allowed. The security deposit will be returned or refunded upon checkout as soon as the keys are returned and no damage is incurred in our unit. Azure Urban Resort Residences is NOT A HOTEL. It is a private residential condominium resort with a man-made beach in Bicutan, Paranaque. The property has a lot of amenities such as a beach pool with white sand along the shore, a kiddie pool with a white-sand shoreline with a kiddie play place at the center, a lap pool, a beach bar, a volleyball beach court, a grand locker room, a grand lobby, kiddie playroom, cafe/restaurant, movie room, video game room, a place for spa, gym, dance room, 2 outdoor function rooms, 2 indoor function rooms, basketball court, a place for SPA, and parking space. The guest can access only the beach pool and the kiddie pool for a payment of 250 per head per shift. The guests may reach me through my mobile phone and e-mail if they need anything. The guests must maintain cleanliness inside the unit and inside the premises. The place is clean and organized. The Azure personnel is courteous and professional. There are lifeguards at all times. There is 24-hour CCTV Security. Concierge service is also available. No pets allowed. The Azure is just a 10-minute walk to SM Bicutan; thereby, close to the supermarket, cinema, and dining/restaurant. It is close to PNR. It is only a ten-minute drive from Makati through Skyway.
