HOUSE RULES PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND:
1. Early Check in and Late Check out is not guaranteed and subject to approval.
2. Parking available but with extra charge please request from Lobby Guard.
3. Cost of entry to some amenities is not included, Php 20 per person to access beach/ swimming area. Wave Pool closed on Monday for maintenance.
3. Use of wave pool is until 7pm only.
4. Internet access, wifi will be provided upon check in only.
5. Kindly treat the place with respect thank you. Do not trash or ruin the place.
6. Please manage your noise level at all times.
7. NOTE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF PHP 1000 IS REQUIRED PLS PAY VIA BANK DEPOSIT TO BPI OR CASH UPON CHECKING IN. IT IS REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE RETURNED UPON CHECK OUT FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. THANKS
8. SECURITY DEPOSIT: it is required upon check in to ensure the safety of the unit and will be returned full amount upon check out whilst no damages/ lost/ or broken items incurred. If any case that there is any incident it will be deducted to your security deposit.
9. All guest is required to present the following: valid government photo id for all guest and present credit card used to book the place.
