This 2026, I wish more people will help stray cats, the quiet souls who live on hope more than certainty. I think of the ones still waiting in doorways and shadows, learning how to survive instead of how to rest. A small act of kindness can change everything for them, a bowl of food, a gentle hand, a moment of patience that tells them they matter.

And I wish that no innocent animal will ever be harmed, that compassion will finally speak louder than cruelty. Somewhere beyond the Rainbow Bridge, I believe the ones who suffered too much are finally at peace. Here, as a new year begins, I hold onto the belief that choosing kindness, again and again, is how we build a world where love protects the most vulnerable.

One of My Lifelong Christmas Wishes on my grownup Christmas List. Itโ€™s incredible to learn that the Netherlands has become the first country in the world to eliminate stray dogs, not through force, but through kindness. Every dog now has a name, a home, and a system that ensures care, safety, and dignity.

This milestone came from a nationwide commitment to compassion: rescuing dogs from the streets, neutering and vaccinating them, registering each one, and holding owners accountable. No cruelty. No mass culling. Just patience, responsibility, and empathy in action. Itโ€™s a powerful reminder that when society chooses care over neglect, even the toughest problems can be solved, one life at a time.

Mas madali sigurong mangbash kaysa umamin na insecure.
