*Walking distance from Mall of Asia, IKEA, SM, etc.
*Near City of Dreams, Resorts World, Conrad, Okada, PICC, MOA Arena, Dolomite Beach, baybeaches and parks, etc..
*With restaurants and convenience store around open for 24hrs, BDO bank, etc.
*With cctv all around and guards at the doors
