Milestone unlocked: Listo now has its own official SMS Sender ID. 📱✅

A small milestone, but a meaningful one for us.

Starting today, people who join the Listo waitlist will receive their OTPs, confirmations, and important updates directly from “Listo” instead of a generic mobile number.

That means when you receive a message from us, you’ll know exactly who it’s coming from.

Why this matters to us:

Getting our Sender ID approved isn’t just another technical step in building the platform. It’s another sign that Listo is moving from an idea into a properly built and accountable business.

Behind every message we send is a registered business, a real team, and a platform being built with the right systems and processes in place — even before we officially launch.

We just hit our first real milestone.

Listo is now Meta Verified on Facebook, backed by our SEC-registered company, Vulcan Holdings Inc.

This means Facebook has reviewed and confirmed that the business behind this page is legitimate, registered, and accountable. Not just a blue badge. A verified business identity.

I want to be transparent about where we are. Listo is still being built. The platform is not live yet. But I made a deliberate decision early on to make sure that when we do launch, every unit owner and every guest who interacts with us knows exactly who they are dealing with.

We are building Listo because the staycation rental space in the Philippines, specifically in condo communities like Shore Residences, has a real trust problem. Fake agents. Misrepresented units. Guests who get surprised on check-in day. Owners who have no protection when things go wrong. This is the problem Listo is here to solve.

Verification is just the first step. But it is the right
first step, because everything we are building is grounded in one thing: trust.
