HOUSE KEEPING ROOM ATTENDANT WANTED

The role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Housing Keeping Room attendant, in a full time capacity, for our 32 room transient and backpacker services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Stock and sort supplies
• Vacuum, mop, clean, dust and polish guest rooms.
• Make beds, change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletries
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (eg. Mop and clean common areas)
• Assist in laundry duties including the sorting, washing, ironing and folding of beddings and towels.
• Assist with greeting guests and providing basic guest services.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Acquired (or nearly complete) a TESDA Housekeeping NC II certificate
• Physical mobility and stamina required
• Ability to follow instruction
• Keen eye for detail
• Professional attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight time frames
• Competent spoken and comprehension of English

Whilst previous post qualification experience is not necessary, the successful candidate is required to have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Hours: 7am to 4pm (with 1 hour break), Monday to Saturday
