📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL NEW & FUTURE GUESTS
To everyone sending inquiries, we would like to clarify our check-in and check-out policy once again.
Our standard CHECK-IN TIME is 2:00 PM and our CHECK-OUT TIME is strictly 12:00 NN.
You may arrive anytime after 2:00 PM within our allowed arrival hours, but our check-out time remains fixed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer “flexible check-out” that would require us to sacrifice an entire day of availability just to accommodate a late departure.
We treat all of our guests equally, and the same policies apply to everyone.
Please also remember that we are offering a budget-friendly staycation, not a luxury 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel charging ₱10,000+ per night. We genuinely try our best to keep our rates affordable, especially with the current cost of living, but we also ask our guests to manage their expectations according to the room and rate they booked.
For those asking for prices even lower than our existing promotional rates, we sincerely apologize, but there is only so much we can reduce. Electricity, water, cleaning supplies, laundry, staff salaries, maintenance, condo expenses, and other operating costs unfortunately do not come with discounts just because we lower our room price.
We understand that in this economy, everyone is looking for the best possible deal. We are also doing everything we can to remain affordable. However, being affordable should not mean operating at a loss simply to meet a price that someone wants to pay.
We have been operating for 10 years, and through the years we have seen many changes in guest expectations and behavior. But one thing remains the same: we will continue operating according to our policies, treating our guests fairly, and providing the best value we reasonably can.
The right guests will find us, and we will always be happy to welcome them. ❤️
