CHEF MAVERICK JAVIER or simply Chef Mav won Chef of the Year at the 2024 Philippine Culinary Cup (PCC), the only WorldChefs-certified culinary competition in the Philippines. It was a dream come true for this young chef who had been competing in PCC since 2015. He is currently the corporate executive chef of Rekado Global Food Solutions where he puts his talents, creativity and management skills into very good use. Chef Mav is an active member of LTB Philippines Chefs Association and is a WorldChefs rookie judge.

CHEF AC AGRA is the corporate executive chef of the acclaimed Antonio’s Group of Restaurants. With his solid culinary training and industry experience honed in the highly competitive restaurant industry in Australia, he is perfect for the role. Chef AC is also a tough competitor having participated and won several medals at the Philippine Culinary Cup. More recently, he represented the country in the 2024 Global Chef’s Challenge (Vegan World Finals) and earned a silver medal. He is an active member of LTB Philippines Chefs Association.
