Other Things to Note & House Rules
To ensure a smooth check-in and compliance with the property management office (PMO), please review the following guidelines:
🆔 Check-in Requirements:
Advance ID Submission: An ID photo is strictly required for EACH GUEST (including visitors and children; maximum of 4 Pax).
Deadline: IDs must be submitted at least 3 hours before the property office closes. Once submitted and approved by the PMO, the guest list CAN NOT BE MODIFIED.
Property Management Office Hours: Mon-Fri (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) | Sat (9:00 AM to 12:00 NN) | Sun & Holidays (Closed).
🚫 Property Regulations:
Strictly No Parties or Commercial Activities: Events, parties, or activities outside of standard accommodation purposes (such as transporting commercial goods requiring a Gate Pass Request) are not allowed without prior discretionary approval. Fines incurred for violations are the responsibility of the guest.
Non-Disposable Amenities: All kitchen utensils, dishes, and slippers are not disposable. Additional charges will apply if items are missing or taken.
Water & Check-out: Drinking water is not provided. Please adhere to your check-out schedule, as exceeding your check-out time may result in a late check-out fee.

Operating Hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Rates: * PHP 50.00 for the first 3 hours
PHP 50.00 for every hour after (or fraction thereof)
PHP 300.00 Overnight Fee (1:30 AM to 6:00 AM) + computed parking fee (approx. PHP 1,350.00 total for 24 hours)
PHP 200.00 penalty fee for lost tickets or damaged cards.
