Overall Agoda rating is 9.5, but of course, there will always be some hiccups in any staycation venture. This guest booked at more than 50%off (1k if I recall correctly), because there was a default discount setting in Agoda that we missed. Despite indicating a check in timeframe in our ad and contacting them through Agoda,1 guest arrived almost midnight, the other a couple of minutes later, and they appear to not know each other. Left the unit filthy, used our drinking cups as ash tray, smoked inside the unit, the beddings, the sofa cover filthy, then felt like giving the unit a 2.0 rating. I hope he’s ok. 😌
