JCP ROOMS have 11 rooms to choose from based on availability and number of pax.

We have private, semi-private and dorm rooms available for long-term, short -term and transient.

Private room without aircon: Good for 2 people fully-furnished with fans, own toilet and bath.

Long Term Rental:
8500php /month + utilities and drinking water 680php/person/month

Daily Rate: 850php includes towels, shampoo and bath,access to common living and dining area, fridge and drinking water (wi-fi only at the lounge area)and fresh linens

Private room with aircon: You can choose Good for 2 people fully-furnished with own toilet and bath or shared bathroom (it depends on the availability of the rooms)

Daily Rate: 1400php includes towels, shampoo and bath,access to common living and dining area, fridge and drinking water (wi-fi only at the lounge area)and fresh linens

Semi-Private with aircon: Good for 3 pax fully furnished, shared toilet and bath with the adjacent room

Daily Rate: 1250 php includes towels, shampoo and bath,access to common living and dining area, fridge and drinking water (wi-fi only at the lounge area)and fresh linens

Dorm Room type 1: Good for 3 pax fully furnished with fans, own toilet and bath outside the room (exclusive for room tenants)

Long Term Rental:
10000php /month + utilities and drinking water 680php/person/month
