HOME EASE SERVICE
Dear Valued Unit Owners, Tenants and Residents,

To continue providing convenient and high-quality handyman services that enhance the DMCI Homes and PMO experience for our unit owners, please be informed that the rate for grease trap cleaning will be adjusted from *₱200 to ₱450, effective August 15, 2025.*

In line with this, the following roles and responsibilities are to be observed under the Home Ease initiative:

ASSIGNED ROLES UNDER HOME EASE
Facilities Officer (FO)

Receive and schedule service requests from residents.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Team for service availability.

Maintenance Team

Perform the requested handyman services as scheduled.
Ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.

Collection & Billing Officer

Responsible for collecting the approved service fees from residents.
Coordinate with the FO and PMO to ensure accurate payment recording.

ELEVATOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Dear Valued Unit Owners, Tenants, and Residents,

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain safety and reliability in our community, the Property Management Office, in coordination with our accredited service provider, will conduct preventive maintenance on the building elevators on the following dates:

📅 August 4, 5, and 6, 2025 (Monday to Wednesday)
🕘 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please be advised that elevators may be temporarily unavailable during the scheduled maintenance period. We highly encourage everyone to plan your trips accordingly. For elderly residents, PWDs, or anyone requiring assistance, please don’t hesitate to coordinate with the Property Management Office ahead of time.

This routine inspection is essential to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our elevators, as well as to comply with building safety standards.

Please be informed that the issuance of Acknowledgment Receipts (AR) are temporarily unavailable as we are currently awaiting the delivery of our newly procured receipt booklets.

In the meantime, digital copies of the AR will be issued temporarily for all applicable transactions. Once the new receipt booklets are received, we will immediately resume the issuance of printed ARs and proceed with the regular transaction process.
