🔹Php 2,250- per day (if 7 days) Limited offer/Promo rate
🔹MINIMUM RENTAL TERM - 1 day
🔹Rental rates are for TWO PERSONS
🔹Php 500- additional person
🔹Maximum of FOUR (4) PERSONS (shared bed)
🔹Full name/age/gender of all occupants must be registered
🔹Different rate on Weekends and holidays
🔹Rental rates and other info may change WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

💠CHECK-IN = 2pm
💠CHECK-OUT = 12 noon
💠REFUNDABLE SECURITY CASH DEPOSIT – Php 2,500-
💠SECURITY DEPOSIT –Php 2,500- applicable to 1-3 days rental
💠SECURITY DEPOSIT –Php 5,000- if 4-7 days rental
💠Refund of SECURITY DEPOSIT - WITHIN 1-3 days
💠Valid Government issued ID
💠Passport if guest is a Foreigner
💠We might require additional ID as deemed necessary
👉ORIGINAL ID must be presented for verification
💠Higher security deposit if no valid Gov. issued ID
💠VISITORS not allowed
💠ADVANCE BOOKING/Registration REQUIRED (we need to submit documents/info to building admin office)
💠DAMAGES/LOSSES are chargeable and cost might be equivalent to a whole set and not on a per piece basis
💠TRASH should properly be disposed of at the basement
💠LATE CHECK-OUT - charges apply per hour (fraction of an hour is considered an hour).
💠BACKGROUND CHECK - We conduct checking thru facebook for safety and security reasons. Though we understand your need for privacy, we reserve the right to refuse anyone should we find NO BASIS to conduct such checking.
💠We ALSO reserve the right to refuse anyone that MAY APPEAR to be a risk not only to us but to the whole condo community as well..
💠TO FINALIZE A BOOKING/RESERVATION - MESSAGE US USING YOUR REAL FACEBOOK ACCOUNT (we reserve the right to cancel/terminate THE RENTAL TRANSACTION or further communication with people who has a - TEMPORARY FACEBOOK ACCT., LOCKED FACEBOOK ACCT., NEWLY CREATED FACEBOOK ACCT., NO FACEBOOK ACCT. or those whose facebook account that has NO POSTING ACTIVITY or generic postings).
💠NON APPEARANCE on supposed check-in date or change of check-in dates will cause NON REFUND of the security deposit and unused number of rental days.....

❌PARKING - we have no parking slot. Should you need parking, 3-5 days advance notice is required and subject to AVAILABILITY (no guarantees). Vehicle plate number, make & model, color will be needed..
❌NO DAILY CHANGE OF BEDSHEET, BLANKET, TOWELS,ETC.
❌NO DAILY CLEANING
✅MANDATORY REGULAR CLEANING will be done, Fee will be charged
❌NOT ALLOWED - SMOKING/VAPING, PETS, PARTIES, DRINKING SESSIONS, DRUGS, FI****MS
❌NOT ALLOWED - VIDEOKE, LOUD NOISE (QUIET HOURS - 10pm-7am)
❌NOT ALLOWED - COOKING OF STRONG ODORED FOOD (Fish, bagoong, etc)
❌NOT ALLOWED - Decor, signage or anything similar inside and outside the unit (violation shall be result to penalty/extra cleaning charges)
❌NOT ALLOWED - bringing in of any other Electrical appliance (aside from mobile phone, laptop, tablets)
❌GATE PASS - might be required if you bring in certain personal items/appliances..
❌VISITORS - number of visitors are LIMITED
❌There is NO WASHING MACHINE inside the unit
❌SMALL PETS - maybe allowed - Rules and EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES APPLY
❌EARLY TERMINATION OF RENTAL TERM (or shortened stay) - will result to NON REFUND of the security deposit and unused number of rental days
❌MAIN GUEST - shall be responsible for the actions/attitude of his/her companions, visitors and their personal belongings/items..
❌TOO MUCH TRASH OR DIRT inside the unit - EXTRA CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGE
❌VIOLATION - of building/condo rules WILL CAUSE immediate ejection from the unit, related penalties if any shall be for the guest's own personal account.
❌NON-REFUND - of security deposit/unused rental fee in case of any violation of building/condo rules
❌PENALTY charges or FINES - by the building/condo admin office for any related violation shall be chargeable to the guest..
