As per IATF Advice that due to the Stay-at-Home Order, Vivienne Transient House would be closed for the duration of this order.

At a subsequent time, Vivienne Transient House work toward further clarification from our legal counsel and have been advised that in accordance with regulations of Patnanungan, we are able to open the resort as of May 1, 2021 for:
✔️Seasonal Guests permitted by the terms of a full season contract and provided;
✔️Seasonal Guest abides by the terms of the Stay-at-Home Order while at the resort;
✔️And Patnanungan Residents only

We will require all seasonal guests attending the resort to review the Stay-at-Home Order and be familiarize with its terms.
(A). Every individual shall remain at the residence at which they are residing at all times unless leaving their residence is necessary for one or more of the following purposes.
(B). Traveling to another residence.
(C). Making arrangements to purchase.
(D). Moving Residences.

📌STRICTLY NO VISITORS ARE PERMITTED DURING STAY-AT-HOME ORDER.

📌Once at the resort, we ask that you remain at your site unless otherwise permitted in accordance with the Stay-ay-Home Order and that you adhere to all regulations therein.

The changes to the public health legislation have not been a simple matter to navigate and we apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.

We understand this is disappointing news. Hence we look forward to opening all of our amenities as soon as we allowed to do so.
