JJM Beach Resort was founded by Consorcia Magno (“Nanay Tod”) with the assistance of Juanito and Charing Dones in 1988, in Perez town, Island of Alabat. This resort was the realization of their vision to diversify sources of livelihood of fellow Perezian families while preserving rural customs grounded in simplicity, humility, and compassion.
Guided by a strong passion to increase livelihood thru Tourism for those native to the land, Nanay Tod with the help of Juanito and Charing Dones cultivated a small farmland of fruit trees by the beachside. Inspired by the cool breeze streaming from the sea and the calming sound of the waves, the family built a few cottages to accommodate guests yearning for this peaceful scenery. The care of the resort has passed through generations stemming from this family and it continues to serve as a living memory of the courage and perseverance of our ancestors who envisioned this resort.

Ang JJM Beach Resort ay itinatag ni Consorcia Magno (“Nanay Tod”) sa tulong nina Juanito at Charing Dones nuong 1988, sa bayan ng Perez, isla ng Alabat. Itong “resort” na ito ay katuparan ng kanilang pananaw para bigyan ng mga alternatibong hanapbuhay sa Perez habang napapanatili rin ang mga nakagawiang payak na kaugalian, kababaang loob at kawang-gawa.
