📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: UPDATED APARTELLE RATES & BOOKING POLICY
Dear valued guests,
We would like to inform everyone that we have updated our apartelle rates and booking terms. These changes will apply to all new reservations moving forward.
💰 UPDATED RATES
Please refer to our updated price list for the current rates of our units.
50% DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
To secure your reservation, a 50% down payment is now required upon booking.
This policy is being implemented due to instances of no-shows and last-minute cancellations that have affected our operations and resulted in preparation and accommodation costs.
The 50% down payment allows us to properly prepare the room and reserve the accommodation specifically for you.
📌 TERMS & CONDITIONS
• A 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• Your booking will only be considered confirmed once the down payment has been received.
• The remaining 50% balance will be settled upon check-in.
• The down payment is non-refundable in case of a no-show or cancellation.
• Guests who do not provide the required down payment within the agreed time may have their reservation released.
• Please make sure to review the rates and terms before confirming your booking.
We hope for your kind understanding regarding this updated policy. This is necessary for us to properly prepare each accommodation and ensure that every confirmed booking is given the appropriate attention and preparation. 🤍
Thank you for your continued support and understanding! 🏡✨
