Ten children have died in his foster home, and none of them without a name.
Mohamed Bzeek came from Libya as an engineering student and a marathon runner.
He and his wife Dawn began fostering more than 30 years ago. Later they made a decision almost nobody makes: only the terminally ill children other families turned away.
Some arrive from hospital with nothing but Baby boy or Baby girl on the paperwork, because their families never named them. Bzeek gives them names.
Los Angeles County calls him the only foster parent willing to take a child with very limited time left.
Without him, those children would spend their last days in medical facilities.
