HOW TO TRAVEL TO PUERTO GALERA: For TOURISTS ONLY
1. Prior to travel
*secure a booking from any accredited or licensed resort accommodation in Puerto Galera
*download the Puerto Galera Tourist Registration app from GooglePlay or PlayStore, register, and generate the one time Tourist QR Code
*download the app StaySafePh (via GooglePlay or PlayStore) and register - this is the tracing app of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA)
*NO rt-pcr test result required
*wait for confirmation from the Tourism office before travelling
2. At Batangas Port
*show your generated QR code via StaySafePh at the entry gate then proceed to ticketing booth
*show your One time Tourist Registration QR Code generated from Puerto Galera Tourist Registration App, to the ticketing booth to buy the boat ticket
*Available trip to Puerto Galera for now is at 8AM via Montenegro Lines, via water taxi is open time
*Proceed to boarding gate
3. If via boat to Balatero Port
*Upon arrival at Balatero Port proceed to Health Assessment Booth
*Once cleared, proceed to EUF Booth for Environmental Users Fee (Php120. 00)
*If found symptomatic of COVID-19, tourist shall not be accepted and will be directed back via the earliest trip to Batangas. Should there be no more trips, tourist shall be brought to the Municipal Isolation Center in Sabang.
*Proceed to accommodation.
4.If via boat to Calapan Port
*show your generated QR code via StaySafePh at the entry gate then proceed to ticketing booth
*Proceed to boarding gate
*Upon arrival at Calapan Port, proceed to the Provincial DRRMO lane, show your TRAZE QR code and One time Tourist Registration QR Code
*Travel to Puerto Galera via Villaflor Border
*Upon arrival at Villaflor border proceed to Health Assessment Booth
*Once cleared, proceed to EUF Booth for Environmental Users Fee (Php120. 00)
*If found symptomatic of COVID-19, tourist shall not be accepted and will be directed back via the earliest trip to Point of origin . Should there be no more trips, tourist shall be brought to the Municipal Isolation Center in Sabang.
5. If via Berberabe Port
*show your generated QR code via StaySafePh at the entry gate then proceed to ticketing booth
*show your One time Tourist Registration QR Code to the ticketing booth to buy the boat ticket
*Available trip to Puerto Galera via Water Taxi is open time.
*Proceed to boarding gate to travel to Muelle Port
*Upon arrival at Muelle Port proceed to Health Assessment Booth
*Once cleared, proceed to EUF Booth for Environmental Users Fee (Php120. 00)
*If found symptomatic of COVID-19, tourist shall not be accepted and will be directed back via the earliest trip to Batangas. Should there no more trips, tourist shall be brought to the Municipal Isolation Center in Sabang.
*Proceed to accommodation.
*No document is required when going out of the town.
