Our goal is to support all our intern how to build meaningful experiences. During internship program, they received training and mentorship from our team in the field as they rotate through different departments in the resort. This rotational program is designed to give them exposure to the international hospitality industry and give them experience to excel in their career.
Scandi Divers team supported them to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to their lives. And so that during their journey with us will enable them to climb faster than anyone else.

Scandi Divers proudly joined the official 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙍𝙖𝙢 𝙔𝙤𝙧𝙤 and the 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙊𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝘼𝙣𝙜, both arranged by the 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙢. These programs prepared dive guides and organizers to welcome competitors from around the world and highlight Puerto Galera’s extraordinary marine biodiversity.

These sessions brought together resort administrators, government partners, and dive professionals, all united in showcasing Puerto Galera’s extraordinary marine biodiversity.

📸 With preparations complete, the countdown is underway! From 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲–𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, underwater photographers will gather to capture the stunning reefs, marine life, and underwater landscapes that make Puerto Galera a premier dive destination.

These colorful sea slugs come in countless shapes, patterns, and colors, with each species uniquely adapted to its environment. Many feed on sponges, hydroids, or soft corals, and some even store the stinging cells of their prey as a clever form of defense. Their vibrant appearance isn't just beautiful—it's often a warning to predators that they're not an easy meal.
