Don't let their slow pace fool you, nudibranchs are among the ocean's most extraordinary creatures. These colorful sea slugs come in countless shapes, patterns, and colors, with each species uniquely adapted to its environment. Many feed on sponges, hydroids, or soft corals, and some even store the stinging cells of their prey as a clever form of defense. Their vibrant appearance isn't just beautiful, it's often a warning to predators that they're not an easy meal.
