This place is unique because of the location.

Our place is very quiet and peaceful with fresh air. Plenty of stars at night. The view during the day you can see Verde View Island and the Ocean from your terrace. Only 20 meters from our main house. What we do better than anyone is treat our guest with 100 percent customer service. Something not seen much anymore. Guest Access
Guest have access to Leelah Beach which is a private pathway we buil

t direct down to the ocean. There you can go snorkel or look for seashells or just sit and relax. No one will bother you there. Interaction with Guests
We almost always interact with our guest and greet them ourselves. You can see our reviews. Sometimes we travel for business. Most everyone we meet is very nice and we take them to the roof of our house so they can see from one side of the ocean to the other. You can see many islands. Often we break out our telescope and show people at night time when stars are out. The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is on a peninsula. It is provincial but nice. You can walk to the lighthouse within 20 minutes. You can walk to Sabang in about the same time. Everyone is very nice in our area. Getting around
The best way to get around is to catch a ride with a local motorbike guy. Only 25 pesos during the day and 50 at night to go to and from our house to Sabang. If we are available we can ride you to town also. Many people like to just walk and some rent their own motor scooters. We are buying another vehicle dedicated to the property and guest very soon. Other Things to Note
We have many staff to ensure anything you would like to do we can help with no matter what. House Rules
Only guest who are registered to stay in our house are allowed. Smoking is Not allowed inside the units. Other rules are posted inside each unit. We pray you respect and treat our place as if it was yours.
