Due to the circulation of misleading information online, we would like to issue this clarification to ensure accuracy and prevent public confusion.
All bookings made through third-party platforms are governed by their own systems, including cancellations, billing, and refunds, which are beyond the direct control of our resort.
Despite peak season or fully booked situations, our team continues to extend assistance to guests in good faith whenever possible, including helping with alternative arrangements when necessary.
Third-party accommodations are separate and independent businesses and are not affiliated with our resort in any way.
All check-in, check-out, and applicable charges are clearly stated in each booking confirmation and are standard practice within the hospitality industry.
We respect everyone’s right to share their experiences, however, we strongly encourage fairness, accuracy, and responsibility in presenting information. Any false or damaging statements that may harm the reputation of a business may be addressed through appropriate legal action if necessary.
