Batay sa isinagawang day-ahead forecast monitoring, inaasahang papasok ang Oriental Mindoro Grid sa RED ALERT STATUS mula 8:00 AM hanggang 12:00 MN ngayong araw dahil sa posibleng kakulangan ng available supply kumpara sa inaasahang demand.
Kaugnay nito, nakaantabay ang ORMECO at nakahanda ang Operational Ready Process para sa posibleng pagpapatupad ng Manual Load Dropping (MLD) bilang bahagi ng contingency measures upang mapanatili ang balanse ng supply at demand at maiwasan ang mas malawakang aberya sa grid.
Patuloy na binabantayan ng pamunuan ang sitwasyon ng Oriental Mindoro Grid at Patuloy na nakikipag-ugnayan sa mga power suppliers upang mapanatili ang ligtas, matatag, at maaasahang serbisyo ng kuryente para sa buong Oriental Mindoro.
