This house was BUILT AS HOME year 2012 by a good couple with 2 kids which explain the common comfort room inside and in the upper floor of the house. common c.r is also provided outside the house (see phtos in the album ). They have decided to turned it into a business and become ACCREDITED PENSION HOUSE, so being near to the cemetery is not an issue at all. The sunnybanks guest house EMPLOYED WELL EDUCATED stay-in housekeeping and maintain it clean and comfortable to any guests arrive and they never had experience ghost thing as well as our guests.In short, the guest house is NOT A HUNTED HOUSE AT ALL. CLEANLINESS is one of our priority inside and out of the house, so we make sure our guests stays healthy and comfy. Indeed FRESH AND WINDY at daytime and cold at night, that´s one of our advantage..our place is in higher ground. We are NOT FAR FROM THE CITY AS WELL AS THE AIRPORT...transportation is also not an issue..we only have to find the right drivers that won´t take advantage the tourists which happens everywhere. We are FARE AND BASIC in rates and we are Doing our very best to be reasonable. Our number one project is to put up private C.R in each rooms, with God´s will and grace we can able to start this year even sunnybanks is just starting on this business. !!!
