"For the first time in dragon boating history, the Philippines will be hosting The Asian Dragon Boat Championship that will be held at Puerto Princesa City, Palawan ( City Baywalk) on November 11 – 13, 2016. The said event will be having two categories – the Asian Championships for national teams that will be held on November 11-12 and the National Club Crew Championship on November 12-13.

The Asian Championship led by our very own Philippine Canoe Kayak and Dragon Boat Federation will also be welcoming team delegates from other countries like Thailand, Singapore, Guam, USA and so many others. This is the first time that team delegates from Guam will be joining the Asian Championship and will also be hosting another Dragon Boat competition a week after this event."
